“Every ending will meet its own end, for every ending is destined to be swallowed up by a beginning.” ― Craig D Lounsbrough

There is no specific point we can define as the beginning or the end of anything. On the surface, in the world of definitions, names and regulations it may seem like it, but it's just an illusion. Underneath that image everything is constantly changing shape, moving and evolving guided by something very much different from our superficial regulations.

Is the beginning of the act in the moment of taking action, or maybe earlier, in the moment of decision to do so or even earlier, in the action that led to that decision?

Every bad decision already contains the seed of something better that will grow out of it – the promise of a new beginning which at the same time foretells another end, another failure as we may call it. If we can't see the bigger picture we will get stuck in this never-ending cycle of good and bad and let our emotions follow it.

But if we can distant ourselves from the story of our mind, we will see that there is no beginning nor end, only an endless present moment and our endless trying to capture it to have a feeling of control. We don't trust ourselves – we are over-protective, over-controlling, afraid that lack of control will lead to a disaster.

If you have ever spent time in nature, you have experienced the beauty and grace that arose without any control, without a single thought, simply guided by the forces of nature that are also present within you. You have seen the harmony that comes naturally, without any rush, without a plan, dynamically adapting to the constantly changing situation, always finding a way to get the most out of it.
